The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.    Employees were operating the following drill presses and milling machine without chip and chuck guards.  Employees were exposed to rotating parts or being struck by flying chips:         (a) Jet Milling Machine, no guard for point of operation.       (b) Column Drill Press, no guard for point of operation.       (c) Central Drill Press, no guard for point of operation.      Neodesha Quality Machining, Inc, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard  1926.212(a)(3)(ii) which was contained in OSHA Inspection 310776026, Citation 1 Item 7, issued on November 28, 2007 with a final order date of December 14, 2007 with respect to a workplace located at 1101 Illinois, Neodesha KS.
