29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On the round trim line of the fab side: A Stainless Steel Central Scale serial # 011543 used to weigh round beef was not free from a recognized electrical hazard in that the flexible cord used to energize the scale was wrapped around the scale head exposing the cord to potential damage that could energize the metal encasement.
