The employees were not provided a medical evaluation prior to being required to wear the respirator.    Perfect Cut Tree Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard (1910.134(e)(1)) which was contained in OSHA inspection #313759227, Citation 1, Item 3a.  This citation was issued August 05, 2010, became a final order on August 26, 2010 and had final abatement day of September 08, 2010.
