Equipment includes, but is not limited to, high pressure pumps and/or the turn-table of the conveyor unit, which had both electrical and pneumatic energy present.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or before 04/10/2012 the eyewash unit located in the work area of the battery charging/changing station and the quick drenching unit that was located between purging lines #1 and #2, were not immediately available for use, in that the water was discolored and rusty. The employer had not inspected and/or flushed the units on a weekly basis to ensure proper working conditions.
