29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) 60 Weibel Avenue, Phase One Main building, Second Floor - On or about April 13, 2012, employees of Pro Drywall Hangers were using a Relocatable Power Tap (RPT) which was not designed for use on a construction site, per the 2012 UL White Book, Section XBYS. These employees were exposed to a fire hazard.
