29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: On or about March 12, 2012 the safety monitor was performing tasks other than monitoring the workers performing roofing work exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 20.2 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
