29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2):     Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:  (a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY EQUIPMENT AND CONDITION(S)) (STATE HAZARD(S) TO EMPLOYEE(S))        At two locations below the counter in the lawn equipment repair storage area and also in janitorial closet there were electrical outlets that did not have closures sufficient enough to prevent accidental contact with live parts or fire(s).        Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):     Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure        Above the parts counter the employer used an extension cord to power the newly installed security system.  The power cord was attached to the building by means of plastic wire ties.        Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):     In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked in a conspicuous place in each space to which they related:        The area above the maintenance flammable storage area held excess parts and tools but was not marked to indicate the maximum allowable load limits.  Employees worked below the area to repair lawn equipment.          Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).
