On or about 4/12/12, on site, for the employee that cleans the oven with Greasestrip Plus. The Greasestrip Plus contains sodium hydroxide. The employer did noit provide chemical resistant gloves.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a). On or about 4/12/12, on site, for employees mixing 3 cups of Wax & Finish Remover with 3 gallons of water. The Wax & Finish Remover contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, ethanolamine (a corrosive). The employer did not provide an eye wash unit in the mixing vicinity. b). On or about 4/12/12, in the kitchen, for employees cleaning the oven with Greasestrip Plus Degreaser. The Greasestrip Plus contains sodium hydroxide. The employee sprays the degreaser onto the oven on a as needed basis. The employer did not provide an eye wash unit in the kitchen. c). On or about 4/12/12, in the laundry room, for the employees changing out the Emulsion Detergent for the washers. The Emulsion Detergent contains sodium hydroxide. The employer did not provide an eye wash unit in the laundry room.
