29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) On or about 4/12/12, at the first floor area of the site, Williamsville, NY. Employee, while working from an A-frame ladder to install duct insulations in the ceiling area, did not wear a hard hat. Employee was exposed head injury by impact from surrounding pipes and ducts. No Abatement Certification Required
