29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1):     Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of American National Standards Institute, B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care and Protection of Abrasive Wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section:    a)  At 1705 Bienville Boulevard Mobile, Alabama:  On or about April 10, 2012 and at times prior the employer allowed employees to operate a Porta-Cable hand hald grinder to be used without a safety guard installed exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
