29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: b) construction site, 4400 East Lake Rd., Erie, PA. On or about April 13, 2012, employees of the subcontractor who were constructing the decking above the first level of the building, 10 feet above the ground, were not utilizing fall protection.
