29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At 3800 Airport Boulevard Mobile, Alabama: On or about April 13, 2012 and at times prior the employer failed to ensure employees working from a Nifty articulating platform were wearing full body hanesses with lanyards to prevent them from falls of 25 feet.
