COPPENS INC DBA COPPENS METAL & ROOFING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312553365, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 001, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 10/30/09, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 428 THIRD AVENUE; PULASKI, WI 54162.
