29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) Job Trailer, where a relocatable power tap mounted on the inside of a plastic tote was daisy chained with a relocatable power tap located on an adjacent shelf and used to supply power to an appliance including the Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, and to the De Walt battery pack and the Makita battery charger.
