29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4): Guardrail systems installed to meet the requirements of this section did not comply with the provisions listed in subparagraphs (i) through (xv) of this paragraph. Location: At or near 520 Kingsland Ave., University City, MO 63130 The employer did not ensure that the guardrail system complied with the following: * The toprail was not installed to ensure that it was located between 36 and 45 inches (subparagraph ii). * The midrail was not installed midway between the top edge of the top guardrail and the platform system (subparagraph iv). * The toprail and midrail of the guardrail system was not secured to ensure that it was capable of withstanding a force applied in a downward or horizontal direction at any point along its top edge of at least 200 pound (subparagraphs vii and ix).
