29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): If the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge is not immediately apparent, signs must be posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge. Additionally, the line-of-sight to an exit sign must clearly be visible at all times. (a) New Albany Store - On or about April 5, 2012 a sign indicating the direction of travel to the exit located in the storage room was not posted.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): 'The employer shall verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated; the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed; the date(s) of the hazard assessment; and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment. (a) New Albany Store - On or about April 5, 2012 the employer did not certify that a hazard assessment had been performed to determine the hazards and the required appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves, glasses, etc.
