29 CFR 1910.134(h)(3)(i)(C): Emergency escape-only respirators were not inspected before being carried into the workplace for use: On or about April 10, 2012, In the Top Dog House, the employer did not ensure that two "escape only" respirators were inspected properly; both were found discharged and unusable. Employees were exposed to a potential atmosphere that poses an immediate threat to life, would cause irreversible adverse health effects, or would impair an employee's ability to escape from a dangerous atmosphere.
