29 CFR 1926.754(a): Structural stability shall be maintained at all times during the erection process. a) At Fort Rucker, Aviation Intermediate Maintenance AH-64 helicopter hangar facility: On April 16, 2012, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the structural integrity of the east columns of the north wing of the Aviation Intermediate Maintenance AH-64 hanger was not maintained, while employees were connecting purlins. The employer did not ensure sufficient temporary bracing between columns in lines 42.1 and 44.8.
