29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the Herring #1-7H well site located in Custer County, on or about April 10, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not have material safety data sheets for employees who were using hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, flammable Sigma Coatings Thinner 91-88 (xylene, ethyl benzene) for cleaning brushes and thinning paint, and Wilscote Protective Coatings Methyl Alcohol for treating water lines.
