29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(i): Bulldozer and scraper blades, end-loader buckets, dump bodies, and similar equipment, were not either fully lowered or blocked when being repaired or when not in use: (a) Near the Pacific Overlook, the thumb was not lowered to the bucket on a John Deere 330 LC excavator. The excavator was used daily to move soil.
