29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings:      (a)  A spray bottle of  Way Lube oil (Mobil Vactra No 2) in the maintenance area and the stocked palletized chemical tote in the chemical dispensing area were not labeled as to it's hazard chaacteristics (HMIS chemical hazard classification is used in the facility).  The employer identified the lube oil as having a HMIS flammability rating of "1" (the flash point is greater than 200 degrees F - must be heated to ignite).
