29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii):     The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant schemical state and physical form:      a)  Yard Sandblasting Area:  On April 27th, 2012 and times prior to the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazards of the Black Blast media used in the sandblasting operation.  Respiratory inhalation hazards included the chemical iron oxide, an employee was exposed to iron oxide fume at an 8 hour calculated Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 20.625 milligrams per cubic meter of air which is 2.065 times the 8 hour time Weighted Average PEL of 10 milligrams per cubic meter of air while operating a sandblaster.
