Non-mandatory Appendix A to this subpart contains examples of criteria that will enable an employer to comply with paragraph (a) ofthis section. (a). Worksite located at 1010 Remington Plaza, Raymore, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall, collapse, or turnover hazard in that the platform being used by the employees was not designed to be used with this forklift.
