29 CFR 1926.352(d):     Suitable fire extinguishing equipment was not immediately available in the work area(s) where welding, cutting, or heating was being performed:      On or about April 16, 2012, at the job site an employee performing welding operation without a fire extinguisher provided in the area for immediate use.  However, a fire extinguisher was found located approximately 30 feet away from the employee.  The employee was exposed to possible fire hazard if the clothes were caught on fire.
