29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: (a) Main Break Room: The microwave on the shelve adjacent to the snack machine had no ground prong and the blades of the plug were bent enough to cause intermittent and sudden transfer of electricity to the microwave. Abated during inspection. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
