29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: The employer failed to inform the employees of the hazards of mixing concentrated Sodium Thiosulfate Pentahydrate and Sodium Hypochlorite. DeVere Company, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200 (h)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313137507, Citation number 1, Item number 3, and was affirmed as final order on April 21, 2011, with respect to the workplace located at 1923 Beloit Avenue, Janesville, WI 53546.
