29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At 3910 Hillcrest Lane Mobile, Alabama: On or about April 20, 2012 and at times prior the employer failed to ensure employees cutting tree limbs from an elevated work bucket were wearing a harness with lanyard attached to the bucket to prevent them from falls of up to 40 feet.
