29 CFR 1926.454(b)(2): The correct procedures for erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining the type of scaffold in question was not being performed: a) On or about April 18, 2012, an employee was exposed to injury in that, the employee was rocking the scissor aerial lift back and forth in order to bring back the extended work platform. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter").
