On or about 06/29/09, at 246-15 Cambria Ave. Douglaston, NY Employees working at the site were exposed to foot injuries. The employees wore the pair of sneaker. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and verticalsurface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrailsystems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A). On or about 04/18/12, on the top of garage of 177-41 Edgerton Road. Jamaica Estates, NY Employees working on the top of the garage were not protected from falling. The employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 8 ft to the driveway. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
