29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. For roofing work performed on the residential property under construction: On or about April 09, 2012, and at times prior thereto, employees performed roofing work without protective means from fall hazards up to 27 feet. No guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest system were in provided or used.
