The employee was exposed to potential flying object hazards while operating the pneumatic fastener on the east side of the structure.    B.  Samuel Graber LP worksite located at 7950 Maumee Western Rd., Maumee, Ohio: On or about April 24, 2012 the employer did not ensure an employee was wearing proper eye protection while operating a circular saw while cutting sheets of plywood for a residential structure. The employee was exposed to potential flying object hazards while operating the hand held saw on the east sid eof the structure.
