29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) New York Avenue NE and Fairview Avenue NE - Employees were observed working from a truck mounted aerial lift (Elliott; Model # ECL-3-55; Serial number GE1698) and were not wearing a body belt (or harness) with lanyard attached to the boom or basket exposed to a 28 ft. fall hazard, on or about 04/03/12.
