29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: Well site: On or about April, 13, 2012, employees were providing directional drilling and measurement services during the drilling of an oil well and used hazardous items as lithium batteries. The employees had not receive training on the program and material safety data sheets exposing them to the hazards of fire/heat and or chemical contact.
