29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; or, on roofs 50 feet (15.25 m) or less in width, the use of a safety monitoring system alone: This violation occurred on April 18, 2012 at a workplace located at McArthur High School at 2612 W. Airport Fwy., Irving, TX, where at least two (2) employees, who were working on the roof close to the edge, were not protected from falling to the ground below. ANCHOR ROOFING SYSTEMS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 309543924, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 05/15/2007, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 05/25/2007, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1818 N. WESTMORELAND RD., DALLAS, TX.
