29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: In the USDA Warehouse, east side of facility, area where the forklift batteries are charged, the Emergency Eye Wash Station was blocked by the storage of materials. Employees could not have reached the station in case of exposure to battery acid.
