29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This violation occurred on April 18, 2012, at the jobsite located at 700 East Stacy Road in Allen, Texas 75002, where at least two (2) employees performing painting work were not protected from falling more than 24-feet by the use of fall protection.
