[58 FR 35152; June 30, 1993] (a) Kristopher Store Company, new addition in the back: On or about 20 APR 12, workers at the construction site with protruding nails and lumber laying around onsite were not protected by wearing safety shoes. One of the two workers had on casual sandals.
