29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about April 24th, 2012 the table saw used in Building A by employees was not provided with a self-adjusting hood guard to enclose the blade completely while in-use. Abatement Certification and Abatement Documentation Required.
