29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. Site - Employees were not utilizing fall protection while performing roof work. A+ Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315790758, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, issued on 9/30/2011, with respect to a workplace located at Main St. and Winter St. Haverhill, MA. The final order date for the citation was on 11/4/2011. Note: this case went into debt collection on December 5, 2011.
