(b) At the worksite and on April 15, 2012, where an "Ironhorse" machine, manufactured by Sonder Messern FG 628, Serial # unknown, exposed employees to amputation hazards by not having guards that were designed or constructed in a manner that prevents employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operation. (c) At the worksite and on April 15, 2012, where a Press Brake, manufactured by Chicago, Dreis & Krump MFG. Co., Model #200-F-10, Serial # H1229, exposed employees to amputation hazards by not having guards that were designed or constructed in a manner that prevents employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operation.
