Rain High School Mobile, Alabama: On or about April 25, 2012 and at times prior the employer failed to properly train employees operating a Terex Telescopic Handler on items such as, but not limited to operator instructions, warnings, precautions, vehicle capacity, vehicle stability and any other operating instructions, warnings, listed in the operators manual.
