29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) On or about April 24, 2012, various chemicals are used by the employees including diesel, oil, gasoline, antifreeze, welding gasses, cleaning chemicals and liquid propane. Material Safety Data Sheets are not available and employees have not been trained on the hazards of each chemical used.
