29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On or about April 25, 2012 employees were working on the ground laboring materials with workers located above without hard hats exposing the employees to overhead struckby hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about April 25, 2012 employees were working on a roof without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 17.6 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
