29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 821 SW Lemans Lane in Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employee's were replacing sheet metal roofing materials on a canopy at a height greater than 13 feet without any fall protection. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
