29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) At the west end of the 3rd floor walkway of the west wing guardrails or other means of fall protection was not present and used. (b) On the 4th floor on the north side of the west wing guardrails or other means of fall protection was not present and used in two locations. (c) On the 3rd floor on the north side of the west wing guardrails or other means of fall protection was not present and used in two locations. (d) On the 2nd floor on the north side of the west wing guardrails or other means of fall protection was not present and used. (e) On the 2nd floor on the south east corner of the central part of the building guardrails or other means of fall protection was not present and used.
