29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used. Where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors. Extension cords were extending through the walls in areas such as: a) In the Shipping Room, an extension cord was running through the wall energizing the scale. b) In the Receiving Room, an extension cord was running through the wall energizing a heat tape. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
