Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Employees are exposed to hazards while placing their hands in the zone of danger when placing material into the machine. 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:        The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to but not limited to coolant, oils and solvents.  A hazard communication program should include but not limited to:    1.	The purpose and scope of the program.    2.	A list of hazardous chemicals being used.    3.	Material Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous chemicals used.    4.	Labeling and other forms of warnings.    5.	Training agenda and requirements.      Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
