Employees using chemicals were exposed to caustic burns and eye injuries in that eye wash stations were not installed at the following locations:    a) In the Boiler Room located in the Assembly Building, employees were using a corrosive identified as 4077.    b) In the Chiller Area located in the Plastic Building, employees were using a corrosive identified as 4083.
