29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    Employees using chemicals were exposed to caustic burns and eye injuries in that eye wash stations were not installed at the following locations:    a) In the Boiler Room located in the Assembly Building, employees were using a corrosive identified as 4077.    b) In the Chiller Area located in the Plastic Building, employees were using a corrosive identified as 4083.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Types of guarding. One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.    In the Assembly building employees were exposed to amputation hazards in that guards were not installed on the following:     a)Hydraulic Press Break identified as Hiagara-HBM-100-6-8.     b)Hydraulic Press Break identified as Accur Press-#725014.
