29 CFR 1926.452(k)(1): Platforms exceeded a height of 20 feet (6.1 m): a) Subcontractor employees were working from a ladder jack scaffold platform (North) that was approximately 25 feet high. b) Sobcontractor employees were working from a ladder jack scaffold platform (West) that was approximately 24 feet high. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
