29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. (a)(LOCATION)((IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION AND CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD AND TYPE OF PPE REQUIRED) NOTE: ONLY USE THIS STANDARD IN CONDITIONS NOT ADDRESSED BY SUBPART E. At the site, employees engaged in truss installation, were working approximately 15 feet above the ground level unprotected, in that while wearing personal fall arrest systems, the employer did not require the employees to tie off.
